  Brandon is a certified professional fitness trainer.  He majored in kinesiology, is certified through AAAI/ISMA for personal training, and through American Red Cross for CPR/First Aid. 






 






  
  He is actively involved in activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, stand-up paddle boarding, running, weight/circuit training and anything new he discovers! He often participates in local races involving running and cycling.

He motivates his clients through example and embodies a fit and healthy lifestyle.
