Q: Why do I need training?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your current weight, health, athletic performance, or energy level; you need fitness training and nutrition guidance.
Having training sessions scheduled with me will keep you on track and less likely to quit than when you are on your own. I've had many clients tell me "You know Brandon, I wouldn't be working out today if it wasn't for our session!"
Q: What is a typical training session like?
A: A typical session lasts about an hour and includes a full body workout(including core). Many of the exercises I use are unique and you're unlikely to find them anywhere else. By reducing rest periods between exercises, you will also get a profound cardiovascular effect in addition to the strength training. This means you will burn significantly more calories and body-fat.
Q: Where do we workout?
A: All of my training is done on-location. That means I can meet you in-home, at work, or at a local park (weather permitting). You'll find that its not only convenient, but motivating to workout at home or in an outdoor environment. The added advantage of having low overhead costs allows me to keep training rates affordable.
Q: What type of training is it?
A: All of the training is a hybrid of cardio, kettlebell, bodyweight and core exercises I design to get you leaner, stronger and healthier.
Q: Can I train with a friend?
A: Absolutely! In addition to being a less expensive alternative to One-on-One sessions, the camaraderie of a small group (2-3 individuals) can help keep you focused and dedicated. This means you'll reach your goals even faster!
Q: What are the prices?
A: One-on-One Training = $40 per session
Small Group Training =$30 per session (per person)
Q: Do I need my own equipment?
A: No, I will provide all the necessary equipment (kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, mats, etc.) The only gear I recommend to my clients is an inflatable ab ball which can be purchased for about $10.
Q: Do you work with nutrition?
A: Yes. Included with the training is a nutrition program that will be tailored for your particular goals. Every session we meet I will ask how your nutrition has been and recommend tips that may help.
Q: When can I start?
A: Please click the Start Training link and fill out the contact form. Or you can call me directly at 443.207.0355. From there we can scheduled when, where and at what time you can train.
Q: I have a gym membership. Do I have to give it up?
A: No, although most of my clients find that a membership is unnecessary while training with me.
Q: Are you a certified?
A: Yes, I have been certified through the American Aerobics Association International/International Sports Medicine Association. I am also certified through the American Red Cross for CPR/First Aid.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, I carry private liability insurance although I have never had a client injured, despite working with many high-risk individuals.
Thank you, I appreciate your question! I'll be in touch with you as soon as I can.
Have a good one!
Brandon
